What we do

We connect Niagara families with verified independent personal support workers (PSWs), and provide the tools for scheduling, visit check-in and notes, family updates, invoicing and payments. PSWs are independent: they set their own rates and decide which families they work with.

How information is protected

• Data is stored only on servers we manage in Canadian data centres, with encrypted disks and encrypted backups.
• Sensitive notes are encrypted again inside the database.
• PSWs and our administrators must use two-step verification to sign in.
• Signed-in sessions end after 15 minutes without activity.
• Access to health information is limited by consent and role, and every access is recorded.
