We introduce two or three PSWs who serve your area and fit your schedule and preferences. Each PSW decides whether to accept.
Step 3
You choose
Pick your main PSW and a backup from the PSWs who accepted. Each PSW's hourly rate is shown before you decide.
Step 4
Care begins
Your PSW schedules visits with you. You get visit updates and one weekly invoice.

What “verified” means
Every PSW is an independent professional. Before a PSW can be introduced to any family, we review their:
- PSW certificate
- Police check
- References
- Liability insurance
- Privacy training
PSWs set their own rates and choose which families they work with. We are not a staffing agency: we handle introductions, updates, invoicing and payments so care runs smoothly.
Pricing
Matching is free
There is no fee to talk to us or to meet PSWs.
PSWs set their own hourly rates
You see each PSW's rate before you choose, and you pay only for hours of care.
A 5% concierge fee
Added to the hours billed. It covers your backup PSW, re-matching, visit updates, monthly check-ins and invoicing.
Visits are at least 3 hours
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Later cancellations are billed for the scheduled visit.
One weekly invoice
Paid by pre-authorized debit from your bank account. Credit cards are also accepted.
